CT-Carbon 6-Month Warranty

At CT-Carbon, we take pride in supplying high-quality car parts. To give you peace of mind, all our products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty applies to all CT-Carbon products and covers any faults or defects in materials or workmanship that arise within six (6) months of the purchase date.

The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

- The product has been professionally fitted
- The product has not been misused, modified, or damaged through negligence

If a fault occurs within the warranty period, CT-Carbon will do its best to resolve the issue, which may include:

-Repairing the faulty part
-Replacing the item with the same or a comparable product

If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued once the faulty product has been returned to us and inspected.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

-Normal wear and tear
-Accidental damage
-Improper use, handling, or installation
-Any product that has not been professionally installed
-Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

How to Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

- Your proof of purchase

- A detailed description of the issue (including photos if available) 

-Evidence of professional installation (e.g. invoice or installer details)

Aftermarket Parts Disclaimer

By purchasing and installing aftermarket parts from CT-Carbon, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

- Proper installation is essential. CT-Carbon is not responsible for any damage, malfunctions, or issues caused by incorrect or improper fitment. Professional installation is recommended.

- By installing aftermarket parts on your vehicle, you assume all risks associated with fitment, functionality, and potential issues arising from their use. CT-Carbon will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred.
